Supplements for a Healthy 2025

Important things to remember when buying supplements:

  1. Make sure it’s 3rd party tested - this means the brand is sending off their supplement to a company that is not their own to be tested. You can usually find this on their website if they do 3rd party testing.

  2. Look at the ‘active’ AND ‘other’ ingredients. Many times they will have unnecessary ingredients listed here that you want to avoid.

Prenatals:

Ritual Essential Prenatal for Women

  • A great prenatal from a brand that I trust and they’re so easy to take—just two capsules per day.

Needed Prenatal Vitamins

  • I have not personally tried these but I’ve heard wonderful things! This one is 8 capsules per day just FYI. You can split it up throughout the day and take 4 with breakfast and 4 with lunch or dinner so it wouldn’t be too bad.

Probiotic:

Ritual Synbiotic+

  • I used to only be a multivitamin girl, but now I’m huge on probiotics! These help me stay regular and are an essential for me.

Multivitamins:

Ritual Multivitamin 18+

  • These are so easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. They taste like peppermint (or citrus if you like that better). The capsule is plant-based and clear so you can see what’s inside.

Ritual Multivitamin for Women 50+

Hydration:

Chances are, if you’re just drinking water, it’s not hydrating you enough. Adding a little bit of salt to your water daily can help, but drinking electrolytes is also a great idea. I’ve tried a bunch of different electrolytes and I like Cure because they don’t taste super salty like other brands. The ingredients are great, and you’re not getting all the crap that they add to other popular electrolyte brands.

Cure Hydration Electrolytes - Variety Pack

  • A great introduction to the flavors if you don’t know which one you’d like!

Cure Hydration - 28 Servings Jar - Berry Pomegranate

  • The bulk jar is my favorite, I just add a scoop to my water bottle once per day.

Cure Hydration - 28 Servings Jar - Strawberry Kiwi

  • My top favorite flavor!

Immune Support:

Beekeepers Throat Spray

  • This is a great immune booster. I take 4 squirts of this daily and it tastes great to me!

Beekeeper's Naturals Propolis Liposomal with Vitamin C

  • Vitamin C is super important (especially this time of year) and I swear by it to keep me healthy. Liquid is absorbed faster and it’s a great alternative to capsules.

THORNE Ascorbic Acid - 1000mg vitamin C

  • Thorne is one of my favorite supplement brands and this is a great vitamin C.

THORNE Vitamin D3 Supplement

  • If you need vitamin D, take this one! My multivitamin already has it in it, but if it didn’t, this is the one I would take.

Thorne Zinc Bisglycinate 30mg

  • This is another great immune booster to take in addition to vitamin C.

Workout + Relaxation

THORNE Performance Essentials Bundle: Creatine & Amino Power Pack

Moon Juice Magnesi-Om, Ting & Mini Dew Stick Set Single Servings of Relaxation, Energy & Hydration Supplements

  • I love this brand! 3rd party tested with no weird fillers. I take the magesi-om before bed if I don’t take a bath with magnesium in it.

THORNE Creatine

  • I read a study recently that says that women who regularly take creatine have a decreased risk of dementia. This is great for brain and memory health—Sean and I take it daily.
