A Little Bit About Me
I am 30 years old, living in Oregon, married to my highschool sweetheart and we just welcomed our first baby boy, Calvin (“Cal”) in September 2025. I have been sharing non-toxic swaps on the internet (Tiktok and Instagram primarily) since 2020 but it became my full-time job in 2023. I wanted to create a space online to help women swap to cleaner products that match their budget and still be a part of the trends without compromising their hormones because of the ingredients in a lot of traditional products.
My Low-Tox Journey
Back in 2019, a documentary called STINK! opened my eyes to the hidden toxins in our daily products, especially those labeled with “fragrance.” Determined to make a change, I began replacing my household cleaners, skincare, and makeup with cleaner alternatives.
The results? Within six months, my persistent headaches vanished, my skin cleared up, I slept better, and my menstrual cycle became regular. It was a transformative experience that fueled my passion to help others on a similar path.

- Recovering picky eater – but white rice with butter and salt remains a favorite.
- Reality TV enthusiast – Bravo shows are my guilty pleasure.
- Married to my childhood sweetheart – we’ve been together since 5th grade!
- Family is everything – my two older sisters and mom are my best friends.
- Small-town roots – grew up in Montana, now living in Oregon, with past homes in Bellingham, WA, and Phoenix, AZ.
- Wanderlust dreams – Italy, the Bahamas, Greece, and Iceland are on my travel bucket list.
- Introvert at heart – but I come alive on camera.
