You may be wondering why I didn’t include the Ilia blush, tinted lip products or eyeshadow (besides #19) and that is because Ilia uses LAKE Dyes in those products. Lake dyes are usually derived from coal tar and/or petrooleum and can contain toxic heavy metals. Read more about it here.

If the brands tests for heavy metals in their LAKE Dyes it could be okay.
