Non-Toxic Bath Essentials

Now that I have my own bathtub, I’ve been stocking up on all the non-toxic bath essentials! I’ve gathered up my favorites below and can’t wait to share them with you! Let me know if you have any non-toxic bath or spa day essentials that you love!

Bathtub Essentials

Bath Ball Filter

• This filters out contaminants found in water such as fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals, VOCs, and plastics. It’s great to put on your kids’ bathtub too!

Bath Ball Cartridge Replacement Filter

Saavy Naturals Bath Bombs

• Smells delicious (reminiscent of Bath & Body Works) and is moisturizing!

Bath Bomb Gift Set

• 6-pack set that would be great to give out as gifts.

Attitude Bubble Bath

• I got the olive leaves scent and it smells super relaxing.

Bath Soak

I love to pre-make my bath soak so I can easily have it on hand! I mix 1 part magnesium flakes with 2 parts Epsom salts and store in an airtight container. Shake the container well to mix and put about 1/4 cup in your bath to soak in. Time to get rid of al those nasty toxins!

Epsom Salt Soak

• You want to look for unscented bath salts and this one comes in a 3-pack. These are great for detoxing and relaxation! Also great to soak your feet in to draw out toxins.

Magnesium Bath Flakes

• Using this in combination with the Epsom salts helps to pull out all those nasty toxins.

Glass Storage Containers

• Another storage option, would also be good to store your bath bombs in.

Canning Jar

• I use this airtight jar to store my bath salt mixture.

Diffuser

Lecdura Glass Essential Oil Diffuser

• I use the essential oils below to diffuse in this while I’m taking a bath or shower and it’s so spa-like.

Plant Therapy Eucalyptus Essential Oil

• These are 3rd party tested and this scent is my favorite.

Body

Bare Botanics Unscented Body Scrub

• This is a great affordable body scrub option.

OSEA Salts of the Earth Body Scrub

• This is my favorite body exfoliator. The best part is that it’s so moisturizing!

Avilana Silicone Exfoliating Body Scrubber

• Use this instead of your loofa since it won’t harbor bacteria! It suds up so nicely and feels like you’re getting a deep clean.

OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil

• So moisturizing right out of the bath and you can get dressed right after!

Hair

JVN Nurture Intense Hydration Mask

• I love to use this on hair-wash days to soak into my hair while I’m taking a bath. Then I’ll take a shower after.

Kitsch Microfiber Hair Towel Wrap

• This is great for holding my hair up and out of the water if I’m taking a bath on non hair-wash days.

Face

LOOPS Double Take – Glow Hydrogel Face Mask

• Found these at Target recently and haven’t tried them yet but they are a great non-toxic option!
